Hi Shekar, It does not matter what type of certification you have got , most of important thing is how much you can able to prove yourself at the time of interview. As your question is about which one is better from CSQE and ISTQB, My personal experience is ISTQB is not much tough as compared to CSQE, and as far as certification weight age in resume is concerned then i will suggest to you go for CSQC.
