Kalyani, "8" , the sesind arguement describes the purpose of opening file. ie whether for reading ,for writing or for appending. 8 is used for appending. If its confusing then u can use ForWriting,ForReading,ForAppending instead.
The third argument must be "True" if new file has to be created when the specified file doesn’t exist else false, blank signify false.
