I would say since most of the H1b and L1b visa lies in their resume and fake experiece. And it is not realastic (but possible ) that person specialized in LR,QTP, JMeter ect.. It is really hard to find specialized honest person. And Since visa officers knows that they may be rejecting L1b and H1b..
