As you described, Smart identification must be getting activated in
your case which is why it's taking more than usual to look out for the
webelement.
As described by deepak, please try to add mre unique propertiesof the
element which could easily make it identifiable.
Also, make it sure that before reaching if condition, is your object
getting donwloaded properly or not. if not please add :
Browser("DMX Admin_3").Page("Control panel-newpage").sync
so that it next page/msg get enough time to get download.
