Hi, I am upgrading from QTP v.10 to v.11 and I keep geting the following error message: "This installation was halted for the following reasons: Missing Prerequisite: Visual Studio Tools Office System 3.0 Runtime (27690)." Have you ever encountered this problem? My system has all the mnimum system req. Thanks. Arena
