Hi vins,
Object state is the one error handling will genearlly will get while 
running the QTP Script
Object state is nothing but
Object in the application is not enabled
Object in the application is Duplicate
Object in the application is not identified
Object in the application is disabled

When we get these type of error we will go with Recovery scenario manager 
to handle this scenario using Calling Function or Closing rocesses or Using 
Keyboard or Mouse Operation or Restarting Microsoft windows
