The very best idea would be to in checking if you have chosen ActiveX 
ADD-IN in ADD-in manager at qtp-startup

*Open Flight reservation* window and then goto *OR-->view-->locate in 
Repository* and find the Test objects class 

For date of flight it could be winobject sometimes 

if in that case winobject

Window("Flight Reservation").winobject("Date Of Flight").Type "value"
or 

Window("Flight Reservation").ActiveX("MaskedEdBox").Type "Value"
