Hi, We had a similar issue when we tried to execute the scripts on Windows 7 machine, which were scripted with Windows XP. The GetVisibleText Method in Windows 7 always returned some junk characters. This was mainly used for sync purpose and was defined in a function and this function was of no use in Windows 7 with Putty
So I had to come up with a new mechanism for this. Putty had a Logging mechanism which when enabled will write all session output to a file in Windows Box from where it is opened. I used the File System Object mechanism to read the contents of this file and run the next script in Puttty accordingly Hope I was able to communicate this clearly Please let me know if you are not clear with my explanation.
