Hello Parke ,

Try the following actives..

# Turn off the protected mode  in the IE browser.
# Change the user accounts to disable
#  try to get install IE 9 patch

Actually with above reasons mostly we will struck , with the problems u
said ..

Hopefully this will works for you ... let me know even if struck any point
after doing all these ..
