Vasu if your test case is following the QC template with all necessary columns then the step would be.
Download and install Excel addin for QC from QC help section. This will add a tab to your excel ribbon at the top. Click on the Export to QC(or ALM) You will have to map your excel columns with the QC test columns After that export happens.
