By using AOM we can do that. Please follow the below steps to do that.

1. Open System1 QTP
2. Go to File--> Settings
3. Test Settings window will open
4. Click on Generate Script button.
5. Select any path and click on save

Now go to that path and check a VBS file will get created. This file is the
setting file of qtp.

Copy that file and put another system and just double click on that file.
So that second system QTP will be with the first system QTP settings.
