You can use both LBound and UBound:
Dim Counter
For Counter = LBound(myArray) to UBound(myArray)
If myArray(counter).Exist Then
Reporter.ReportEvent micPass, "Link ", "Exists"
Else
Reporter.ReportEvent micFail, "Link ", "does not exist"
End If
Next
