Hi Satnam,
I have two solutions for your respective query,
1. when object class has been changed then we have to need to write code
further.
2. you can make an empty object using description .create and assign the
properties which are common in both web edit and web list like as Html tag,
type, name, if you will do same then no need to do code again.
