Are you sure it is returning 273 or 284?

I guess it returns 255 characters. In Excel ADODB, if a cell contains more than 
255, then it should be defined in first row itself, I mean the first row should 
have more than 255 for that particular cell. 

Excel is not a relational database, all data types will be defined from first 
ten rows' data only.

Hi,
I am trying to load data into variable using ADODB concept from excel sheet
and i have more than 300 leters of text is stored in excel sheet cell and
when i am trying to load to variable it is loading only half of the text
(some time 273 characters, some time 284 characters) (Yellow colour marked
data only loading), could any one please help me on this how to get it the
full text into my script?
I have tried with .xls and .xlsx as well, but not working...

Any urgent help might be appreciated and Please find the attached error
