*Job Description*
*Candidate must be able to:*

· Assist customers in a fast-paced, 24x7 Customer Support Center.
· Configure and maintain existing network components; Plan and
implement network changes and upgrades; Utilize and maintain network
management tools.
· Actively monitor network performance levels and faults to ensure
network availability is maintained; Perform proactive and reactive problem
resolution for network hardware.
· Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches and IP phones.
· Design and implement network solutions for customers.
· Manage and utilize a Solar winds monitoring system.
· Utilize network tools to provide capacity planning
recommendations.
· Complete technical certifications required by the company in
order to maintain individual technical knowledge and contribute to the
company’s objectives.
· Work in a scheduled after hours and weekend on-call rotation.
· Must produce comprehensive documentation to be used by the team.
*Hardware*
· Routers: Cisco 2800, 2900, 3800, 3900
· Switches: Cisco 2960, 3560, 3750
· Voice: Call Manager, IP Phones, Unity
*Requirements*
· Valid CCNA certifications preferred.
· experience in a technical support position.
· Must be available for on-call support.
