There are two ways to do that. 

1. Import that sheet into a datatable 
 
2. Export back with rename 

DataTable.ImportSheet "C:\Test.xls",1,1

DataTable.ExportSheet "C:\Test1.xls",1
You can apply sheet names and action name instead of '1' 

2. Create an excel object and save it with different.. you can google and 
you will find lots of references ..
