I know where you are going with it.. If you have not work for a health care; say that you have not work in health care. but you can pick up domain knowledge in week or two. You can read about a company online and prepare basic lingo about health care domain by browsing through internet. show other skills that you are good tester and also show your techical skills like sql, automation ect.. and you should be good.. good luck
