If I understand your problem correctly - In you QTP you do not see JAVA 
Addins option . Try the following -

1. Once you have launched QTP, click on Tools->Options->Under General you 
will have an option Display Add-In manager on startup
please tick this option . And close and restart QTP . You should get the 
option to pick the add-in. (If you do not see any option now , this means 
java add-ins have not been installed)
 2. If step no 1 does not work. Go to add remove program and repair QTP.
To repair, click on uninstall QTP. and select the option repair QTP.
