If I understand your problem correctly - In you QTP you do not see JAVA Addins option . Try the following -
1. Once you have launched QTP, click on Tools->Options->Under General you will have an option Display Add-In manager on startup please tick this option . And close and restart QTP . You should get the option to pick the add-in. (If you do not see any option now , this means java add-ins have not been installed) 2. If step no 1 does not work. Go to add remove program and repair QTP. To repair, click on uninstall QTP. and select the option repair QTP. thanks On Tuesday, 12 November 2013 15:32:41 UTC+5:30, L V Prasad wrote: > > Hi, > > We have a new application which was developed on Java, I dont have the > java pulg-in to capture the objects from it. > > I tried from HP Passport but it was asking SAID number which was not > disclosed by my client. > > any one please share if you have the patch or link where i can download it. > > > > Thank you, > L V Prasad.
