you can use couple of methods to identify an object which are changing ..

1. you can use regular expression after india\d
2. to identify that object you need to use a property which is not keep 
changing..name is not correct choice all the time since it may be easily 
changed but other properties are not often changed.. 
3. talk to your dev team to have one property for an object as 
constant..they can create a custom property like 'logicalName="India" and 
that name will not be changed unless entire object is retired.
