What i can suggest you from the code is ...
1) Try to use print or msgbox when you check for Validations instead of
Output Checkpoint.
Example :-
If Browser("Site").Page("Site_7").WebElement("Invalid username or password.
Signon failed.").Exist Then
print "Login failed"
Else
print "Webpage is seen"
End if
2) Try to Update the Object before running the code
3) Disable Smart Identification for the object which causes problem , but
make sure it gets identified.
4) Run with Debug from Step option and analyse each line , so that you can
get to know where the problem lies.
