Hi All
I am learning using UFT 11.5 and I am stuck in what I think its a very
simple thing. Here is the issue:
- There is a pop-up window with table with the following columns: Checkbox,
user names, Doc ID (an integer), Date, Expiration date...
- The only tem unique in the rows are the Doc IDs. (Usernames, dates, etc
may repeat on different rows)
- In UFT I record the following:
1. Bring search window pop up
2. Click on the checkbox where the specific Doc ID in need is
- When I run the script in UFT it runs fine with no errors.
-Now I want to us a column in the Global sheet to be able to run the script
selecting ANY doc ID I want so:
1. Create a Column header in the Global sheet called "Doc ID"
2. Go into the Local Object Repository and change the Website/Webpage/web
site/web page "unchecked" test object details
- Description property "outertext" to be a reference in the Global
Sheet
- When I run the script, I get the "Type Mismatch" error and when I run in
Maintenance Run to fix it, it goes back to setting the Doc ID in the Object
Repository
I am stuck, please help
