Hi,

We have few qtp scripts that we run on several machines daily. Not all the
machine have all the software all the time. When a software is not
available on the machine we want to show a warning that Software “ABC” is
not available on this machine and exit the script. We’ve done this by
doing the following:

Reporter.ReportEvent micWarn, “No Software Installed", “ABC” is not
available on this machine.”

ExitTest

Problem is that under ALM, after “Automatic runner” is closed, warning is
always displayed as a failed status. We noticed that ALM does not have a
warning status.

   1.

Can we add a new status called “Warning”, if yes please guide us how.
   2.

If we can’t add another status, what’s the work around?

Thanks in advance
