Hi I have been on bench for longer period in my company and I have started for looking outside the org. I have been in this org for 3 years now. In this period I have learnt QTP and done my ISTQB certification, but the issue is I cant crack my interviews becoz of not explaining my framewrk properly. If anyone can help me with this I will be really grateful, as I am eagerly looking for change.
