Many (most?) TMS/WMS for OSM are just quick scripts made up to "make it work" in JOSM/Potlach, which do not support the full WMS/TMS specification. Especially TMSes are mostly just a file system with tiles accessible by the net, without much of a "web service" behind. If only Herman would be so kind as to asking our questions, we might help him. Just getting a log (by appending, e.g., "--log c:\temp\merkaartor.log") and putting it in a ticket at "http://merkaartor.be/projects/merkaartor/issues" might give me a clear idea of what is happening... - Chris -
