Hi all, After the discussion on the v17 bug, I wondered if I could get some more info on it (preferrably to avoid doing such mistakes myself :-) ). I've only heard it referred to as the `shift bug', and I've picked up that v17 was only required if you wanted to double-check `your own results'. (?) Does that mean the error only occurred in double-checking? Was the bug a direct consequence of the double-checking implementation, or a pure (minor) glitch?
