This is partially correct, but a more intuitive explanation is that: 
  Pi is defined as the ratio of Perimeter to Diameter of a circle. ( Pi*D/D
)
  Since a circle can be considered as a polygon of infinite number of sides,
it follows that the perimeter 
  is not finite and Pi is not precise accordingly.
