Look under Advanced->Manual Communication.
I believe what you are refering to is the "send new completion dates"
checkbox.
As indicated in the WhatsNew.Doc file
New features in Version 20.0 of prime95.exe
7) The "send new completion dates" checkbox was moved from the
Test/Primenet
dialog box to the Advanced/Manual Communication dialog box.
