I really appreciate your help with this.   Anyone who has the GIMPS bug
understands what this'll do to them.

Checking System Information, it says there is 32 MB Adapter RAM.

It wouldn't be so bad if my times majorly improved when my monitor shuts
down...

But I don't think this is the problem because I had reasonable response for
several months (it took a while to realize that the PIII1000 times on the
benchmark page was for 133 speed RAM and that I have 100 speed and that I
had to change what I thought was reasonable responese  ;(  ) - then it
stopped - about the time I did a Windows Update.

Checking Task Manager shows Prime95 getting 99% CPU, but a EXPLORER.EXE
process keeps jumping up to get 1% which is activity I don't remember from
before.
