Cygnus gcc for win32 has trouble compiling mesa3.0 using the standard cygnus makefile, makefile.cygnus, the problem seems to be a missing dll called, wing32.dll, the headers for this dll are also missing from the cygnus package, this might perhaps be a backwards compatibility problem on Cygnus's part. I've tried to find a way around it, and the mesa compile seems to depend on that dll existing, and it doesn't exist. I could install a previous version of cygwin that maybe has the dll, but I don't have the time to mess around. I'd appreciate any help you could give me on this, or maybe a fixed version that works with cygwin b20.
