Hi,

two changes are attached:

- updated README.os2
- mklib-emx.cmd. It's more or less the same as the supplied, but it is
  in DOS text style! Please keep this, otherwise it fails :-(

Should we try/aim to build widgets-sgi as a default target, too?
Things should be more or less prepared to make this work.
