I finished conformance testing on 3.1 yesterday and Keith fixed the
last big bugs. I want to do a few more build tests today before
the final 3.1 release.

The schedule for 3.2 (the stabilization of 3.2) will depend on
how many bugs are found in 3.1. Meanwhile, development on 3.3 is
ongoing.
