There is a bug report that's tracking this regression: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=94468 In the meantime, a workaround is comment out: genX(cmd_buffer_config_l3)(cmd_buffer, false); in src/intel/vulkan/genX_cmd_buffer.c.
