Patches 1-7 are Reviewed-by: Daniel Stone <dani...@collabora.com>. Patch 8 looks OK, except that it seems like the anonymous-file helper could be made shared somewhere; if so, brilliant, then if not, R-b anyway. I'm not really competent to review patch 9 if I'm honest.
