Summary: GL/gl.h incompatible with gcc 4.2
Product: Mesa
Version: CVS
Platform: Other
OS/Version: other
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: Mesa core
AssignedTo: [email protected]
ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
GL/gl.h is incompatible with current gcc 4.2 snapshots:
error: '<anonymous>' has incomplete type
error: invalid use of 'GLvoid'
While it looks like a gcc bug, it's considered a feature by the gcc
maintainers, because the C99 standard section 8.3.5 says it's illegal (see
http://anubis.dkuug.dk/jtc1/sc22/wg21/docs/cwg_closed.html#18 for a bug report
against the standard (and it being closed as not a bug)).
