It was excluded from built on purpose. The Debian build of Mesa only takes care of libGLU at the same time we build SWX11. Then there is another run which does DRI and some progs. We don't build libGLU again in this second run, that's why linking the progs failed. I patched the Makefile for now (given that we didn't build any prog that really required libGLU), but we might need to change our packaging more deeply one day.
