A call to glMultiDrawElements() displays the following:
Mesa 7.0.1 implementation error: User called no-op dispatch function (an
unsupported extension function?)
Please report at bugzilla.freedesktop.org
Note: from the diffs it looks like the bug is still present in 7.0.3, but I
have no way to check this at the moment.
