I'm thinking a lot more about this from a packaging perspective and not a
"developer with a bunch of trees" perspective:

1. Unpack mesa tarball, build DRI libGL, install
2. Unpack xorg-server tarball, build, install
3. Unpack mesa tarball, build glcore, install

So, yeah, I am thinking about it from a separate trees angle because that's
essentially what a tarball is. Currently, you also need to build DRI in step 3.
