I've checked in some changes to the build system. Namely, I've pushed some of the stuff in src/mesa/Makefile down into new src/mesa/drivers/osmesa/Makefile and src/mesa/drivers/x11/Makefile makefiles.
If I've broken anything, let me know. With a little more work, the remaining special-case rules for building the various drivers can probably be eliminated. The directfb and fbdev rules are the only oddballs now.
