Category: None Group: None Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: 7.5.2: //comment incompatible with -ansi -pedantic Initial Comment: I'm building with make linux-fbdev. The code is compiled with -ansi -pedantic. src/gallium/auxiliary/draw/draw_pt_fetch_shade_emit.c contains a C++-style comment at line 217. This fails with error: expected expression before `/' token. ... Argh! Alright, that's not the only C++ comment, there are many within Gallium at least. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Brian Paul (brianp) Date: 2009-10-02 07:34 Message: OK, I've fixed a bunch of the // comments in gallium, but there's more in the various drivers. Feel free to submit a patch to fix them or just remove -ansi from your CFLAGS for now. BTW, Please use the bugzilla database on freedesktop.org in the future. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=100003&aid=2871813&group_id=3 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Come build with us!
