AFAIK all FSF sanctioned projects are copyright FSF. It's one of the
condition to submit patches to those projects that you have to sign and
mail a statement assigning copyright to FSF, so that they can legally
defend the project and other stuff. 

There's also http://sourceware.org/newlib/  which appears to be a BSD
like license.
