This was due to the recent merge. It should be fixed now. BTW, the attention of most developers working on vmware svga pipe driver is focused on the mesa_7_7_branch. Most testing is happening there and bugfixes land there first too. I'm not telling that you should mesa_7_7_branch -- master does have more state trackers --, just that this sort of small breakage is likely to happen for a couple of months until developers start focusing on master again.
