-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Grumble... I forgot to add --compose. Anyway, this is my current "GLX visuals reduction" patch series.
There are still some problems with handling the swapMethod settings. If I run a driver with this patch series client-side but the older driver server-side, glxinfo shows all of the visuals with GLX_SWAP_METHOD_EXCHANGE_OML. This implies that libGL isn't correctly filtering out visuals supported by the server that are not supported by the client. In poking at that code I also noticed that the driver-specified GLX_SWAP_METHOD_*_OML values aren't all getting translated to __DRI_ATTRIB_SWAP_* values correctly. In particular, GLX_SWAP_METHOD_UNDEFINED_OML is not translated. I grepped and looked through the code, but I could not find where this translation is supposed to happen. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.10 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org/ iEYEARECAAYFAktwt5UACgkQX1gOwKyEAw8biACeIdtlSTB2j0tjJA/B0nxxPLu3 LlwAn3Z6IADF2mFTBcjwBLGz40rnqAJp =AV12 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Planet: dedicated and managed hosting, cloud storage, colocation Stay online with enterprise data centers and the best network in the business Choose flexible plans and management services without long-term contracts Personal 24x7 support from experience hosting pros just a phone call away. http://p.sf.net/sfu/theplanet-com _______________________________________________ Mesa3d-dev mailing list Mesa3d-dev@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/mesa3d-dev
