Grumble... I forgot to add --compose.  Anyway, this is my current "GLX
visuals reduction" patch series.

There are still some problems with handling the swapMethod settings.  If
I run a driver with this patch series client-side but the older driver
server-side, glxinfo shows all of the visuals with
GLX_SWAP_METHOD_EXCHANGE_OML.  This implies that libGL isn't correctly
filtering out visuals supported by the server that are not supported by
the client.

In poking at that code I also noticed that the driver-specified
GLX_SWAP_METHOD_*_OML values aren't all getting translated to
__DRI_ATTRIB_SWAP_* values correctly.  In particular,
GLX_SWAP_METHOD_UNDEFINED_OML is not translated.  I grepped and looked
through the code, but I could not find where this translation is
supposed to happen.
