What application(s) actually need this header file, shouldn't they
add it to their DEPENDS line instead of unconditionally installing
for this image? (and why only this image, we have other images
folks build on)

The application that requires this header doesn't reside in meta-arago layer. I don't think it resides in the meta-edgeai layer either.Maybe Sourabh or Puyush can confirm how they are compiling this application.

The ADAS image uses the tisdk-default-image, so I have done this change only to this. I cross-verified with the processor SDK folks.
