firmware?
It gets you other pieces which don't need the VPU, e.g. the
special V4L2 drivers.

I only means that when you decide to not install VPU dec/enc you don't
need vpu firmware.
It does not mean that, when you install gst-fsl-plugins you don't expect
to find the vpu firmware
