Both the libraries offers exact same functionality but uses different GPUs. DQ 
and SL have dedicated GPU for OpenVG.

I'm not sure if I understood your reply.

Do you mean that both libraries provide different functionality and is up to 
the customer to select one or the other regardless of the CPU flavor 
(quad/dual, duallite/solo)?
