Both the libraries offers exact same functionality but uses different GPUs. DQ and SL have dedicated GPU for OpenVG.

Do you mean that both libraries provide different functionality and is up to the customer to select one or the other regardless of the CPU flavor (quad/dual, duallite/solo)? -- jviguera
