Your bootargs are wrong - it's looking for the root file system
on /dev/mmcblk0p1 but you only have /dev/mmcblk3 (with no partitions)
Your best bet will be to contact the folks that provide that
layer (and BSP) and work with them (i.e. this is not a Yocto
problem)
