Dear Maintainer(s),
This patch will update dpdk recipe from v16.04 to v16.07.
It will also rename and modify two patches since mk/rte.app.mk and
mk/rte.sdkinstall.mk has modified in this dpdk version so these patches
don't apply cleanly on top of it.
Add one patch which will fix the compilation by making directory dependent
to other and by adding lib path in LIBDIRS.
dpdk-pmdinfogen should not be the part of image since it is host specific
binary.
The image have been tested on Grantley-Broadwell using
intel-corei7-64 BSP.
Please merge in master if these looks ok.
