Bug 12050 was opened for 2.4 this same issue was found and fixed in 2.2(bug 9520) But instead of reopening an old release bug it was decided to open a new (bug 12050). QA wants to make emphasis on "bug 12048 Unable to boot with some of Meta-Intel 2.4 M3 rc1 images". This bug completely blocks testing of the following images: corei7-64_Joule, corei7-64_NUC, intel-core2-32Minnowmax32, corei7-64_Minnowmax64, intel-quark_Galileo.
