This is a decision for the general assembly during elections. However, the
board may not have 5 members if less than 5 members nominate themselves.

Giving official job to the project managers.
What do you define by "official job"? Paying them money? We don't have that
money. Otherwise, what's the difference between what's going on now? The
project managers were nominated by the board and they are acting on behalf
of Hamakor.

Seperating between the jobs of the kizbar and the vaad members.
I assume you mean the bursar. If the assembly wishes to pass such a decision
it can. In any case, I do not plan to run for board in the next elections,
but I do volunteer for the role of bursar (and as I see it, I'm the only one
who volunteered for that post). In any case, nomination of the bursar is an
issue for the board.

Maybe making sub commities that involve non vaad members ( instead of
project managers?)

That do what exactly? We barely have enough people to man the board itself,
not to mention additional subcommitees.

And more importantly disucced the job of the vaad (if it's to manage or
support).

You don't need to discuss this issue. The board is just like directors in a
company. Their job is to decide on how the Amuta's resources are used, and
they can appoint people for specific tasks. Anything else does not require
the board.
