It's actually coming from $EXTINDEX_DIR/misc which is written
during -extindex invocations.

There might be a bug in -extindex invocations, since I'm trying
to avoid opening per-inbox description files in WWW/IMAP/NNTP
with thousands of inboxes on the horizon.
